On October 23, 2013, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as Receiver of all the assets, undertakings, and property of Silverado Oilfield Ventures Ltd. (“Silverado”) pursuant to a Letter of Appointment.  The receivership was a private appointment made by HSBC Bank Canada, who holds security over all the assets of Silverado.
